The Continual Service Improvement (CSI) module provides attendees with a solid grounding in the process by which services and products can be delivered according to the strategy, design, transition, and operation phases of the IT Service Lifecycle. This course also provides students with an overview of the techniques and tools that can be employed to support continual service improvement activities and to evaluate the associated risks and critical success aspects.
Course attendees also develop an understanding of management-level concepts and a working knowledge of the activities that support continual service improvement (CSI); however, the course does not include precise information about every one of the supporting processes.
This module is designed to help organizations meet and adapt to the evolving requirements of end users while also enhancing project efficiencies and ROI.
